Work in progress

I am working on snails 13 and 14 from my "33 snails" project.
The inspiration for these snails is a Korean historical drama that I'm watching called "Yi San".
The colors that they use in their paintings, clothes and decoration always draw my
attention. Love all things oriental! I'll show you the finished snails soon :)

Have a great week friends!

  1. ohmigosh wow you're watching korean dramas!! It's showing on local tv here in singapore! :) can't wait to see the finished oriental snails! :)

  2. This is great! I must say, that your snails where the ones who catched my eyes on first place!

  3. Dearest sweet afi, im loving this gorgeous so summery colors! Oh yipeee you are making these adorable snails. I really love mine and they are sitting on my inspiration board together with all your other gorgeous magnets i have collected over the years! Have a lovely merry happy week and love to yoU!

  4. I approve, not only for the cute, but because I've used the same kind of dish for baking robots.

  5. Ooh I can tell by the film reference picture I'm going to love 12 and 13! Course...I love all your snails :)

  6. Oooh, I love your little snails. Have you read a book called "The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating"? It's a lovely memoir about how a snail actually became the bedside companion of the author when she was stricken with a devastating illness. I'll never look at snails as destructive garden pests again!

  7. Thanks a lot for your comments friends :)
