IF - Early

Rooster the early bird wakes up early when everyone else is sleeping.
He gets really bored and guess what! ... He wakes everyone up!
I did this painting with watercolor and pen on paper.
The paper that I use is Fabriano (Hot pressed and extra white)
It's a perfect paper if you want to make Giclée prints, because it's
very smooth and scanner-friendly :)
.
You can find the print of this painting in my shop.

  7. This is so beautiful! And thank you for mentioning a name of the paper you used, because I have so much trouble with really structured watercolor paper when I try to scan my artwork!

  17. Jay: Thanks a lot for your kind words on my work :) Those are watercolor blocks by Schmincke. If you get the tubes there's no need to have those:

But they are so easy to use, especially when you go traveling it's very easy to take them with you :)
