Abc animals poster

 The Animal alphabet poster is finally ready!! 

Maybe you don't believe me, but I have many vivid childhood memories.

 I remember what I used to like and dislike clearly.

I loved animal dolls, small colorful illustrations, sequins and tiny figurines.

 With those memories in mind I created this poster through the eyes of a child, with lots of love.

 Name of all the animals is written on the button of the poster.

While looking for the animals that start with the letter "A" I came across this super cute animal.

It's a small anteater that lives in South America. The baby rides on the mother's back, like a koala!

How cute is that!!?

An easier and more enjoyable way to eat oatmeal

This smoothie has been my breakfast for the last few days and I like it!
Ingredients:
Frozen strawberries + Frozen blueberries + a teaspoon of raw honey + half a cup of quick oats + A cup of milk + two spoons of plain yogurt. I cook oatmeal and milk in microwave for 90 seconds first and then make a smoothie in blender with all those ingredients, and I top it with bananas and apricots!! An easier and more enjoyable way to eat oatmeal! YUM!

ps. This was my mom's idea!! hehe!

Clean eating . One step at a time

It's been a few months that I quit eating cookies and candies

and replaced them with healthier snacks like dried fruits and nuts.

I actually don't crave those unhealthy snacks anymore.

Those yummy red berries are called Goji Berries.

 They are native to China.

Living in a condo apartment doesn't mean that you can't grow your herbs!

Although I only have two in my collection :o)

How about you? Do you grow herbs in your apartment or backyard?

I use white Ikea saucers for mixing watercolors.

The problem is that I have used every single one that we had,

and now we don't have any left in the kitchen! :))
