I painted this illustration with watercolor on paper.

Wish I could grow such a big cactus at home :)
My grandma had a huge cactus, 1.2 meters and she
had grown it herself, but I think it took something
around 30 years for her cactus to grow that big.

If you've ever been to Turkey, you must have seen many of
these blue eyes!
These are called "nazar" and are protection against the evil

Illustration Friday: Poise
when you try to concentrate? When we were kids we had a cat

was being ignored!

Yesterday the weather was so beautiful here,
Still a little bit cold but you could feel that spring is coming.
I went by the Lake Ontario with my husband Suma
and I took this photo from a happy seagull there.

My 7 Sîn
Here is my 7 Sîn! It doesn't look the best, especially with my
grass(Sabzeh) that bald! But I still love it!
Haft Sîn (Persian: هفت سین) or the seven 'S's is a major tradition
of Nowruz, the traditional Iranian new year.
The haft sin table includes seven items specifically starting
with the letter S or Sîn (س in the Persian alphabet).
The items symbolically correspond to seven creations and
holy immortals protecting them.

IF: Legendary
I love the topic of this week! Because my name means
legend in Persian!
Well, this is a vector illustration which I did around 3 years ago;
I was inspired by old Persian legends.
What she is wearing is a mixture of traditional Persian
and modern clothing, I just wanted to make it look old
and at the same time modern.
My sister and I have a portfolio website Called Rissmoon
and I had designed the website and all the graphics myself.
Every page has a vector art which has a hidden animation in it.
You should go over different parts of the page with your
curser to activate the animations.
This illustartion is a part of Rissmoon's website and has
an animation too, you can see the screenshot of it here,
